OTT4Me 5K PicknPay Voucher Competition

22 January 2025 – 7 February 2025

1. Competition:

1.1. This competition is hosted on the OTT4Me platform by OTT Mobile Technologies
(Pty) Ltd (“OTT”) and will be subject to these terms and conditions for the duration
of the competition.
1.2. The competition is a lucky draw campaign. All users will be entered into the
competition for a chance to win a range of prizes, including a potential “grand
prize”.
1.3. The competition will be held from 22 January 2025 to 7 February 2025.
1.4. To enter the competition, a participant must purchase and redeem an OTT
Voucher and enter their used PIN into the competition on the OTT4Me platform.
1.5. By entering the competition, you are deemed to have read, accepted, and agreed
to be bound by these official terms, which shall be final and binding on all matters
relating to this specific competition.

2. Prize:

2.1. The prize consists of 1 x R5,000 PicknPay voucher.

3. General:

3.1. Winners will be selected and contacted within 7 days of the competition ending.
3.2. Contact will be made via OTT Support.
3.3. The competition is open to all OTT users who meet the following eligibility criteria:
3.4. Any person who is 18 years of age and above, has a valid form of identification,
resides within South Africa, and buys and uses an OTT Voucher of R5.00 or more
and uses that voucher PIN code to enter via OTT4Me for this campaign will be
entered into the competition.
3.5. Prizes are non-transferable.
3.6. Once the winner has been randomly selected, the winner will be contacted to be
informed of their winnings. After two unsuccessful attempts to get hold of a
drawn winner within 24 hours, another winner will be awarded the prize. Failure to contact the drawn winner will amount to disqualification, and OTT will not be
held liable to give the prize to any winner who gives incorrect or false contact
details.
3.7. OTT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and cancel the
participation of any individual who tampers with the competition process.
3.8. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with
PicknPay. PicknPay is not involved in or responsible for any aspect of this
competition, including the selection of winners, distribution of prizes, or any
associated liabilities. All inquiries regarding this competition should be directed
to OTT.
3.9. OTT may vary or cancel the competition terms at any time with notice and
without liability to any person involved directly or indirectly in the competition.
3.10. OTT adheres to the legal parameters regarding legal privacy in South Africa. By
participating, you agree to allow OTT to collect and use your personal information
to administer this Competition, award prizes to each winner for the duration of
the competition, and optimise future Competitions.
3.11. OTT will not assume any liability to any participant in connection with or arising
out of the competition, however, caused, including for any costs, expenses,
damages, and other liabilities.
3.12. These Terms are governed by and determined in accordance with the laws of
South Africa.
3.13. Neither OTT nor the Partner will be held responsible for any delays in the delivery
of the prize. OTT will take the necessary steps to ensure that the prize amount
has been sent to the winner within 7 days of announcing to the drawn winner of
their prize money, provided that the conditions have been met.
3.14. Winners consent to participate in reasonable post-event publicity and to use your
name(s) and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to
decline participation in any such promotional activities.
3.15. OTT is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by any participant who
enters this competition or accepts the prize.
3.16. Each participant may enter the competition a maximum of 100,000 times.
Multiple entries beyond this limit will result in disqualification.
3.17. Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility, including but not limited
to age, residency, and valid identification, before the prize is awarded.
3.18. All entries must be submitted by the competition’s closing date. Entries received
after this date will not be considered.
3.19. Personal data collected during the competition will be handled in accordance
with OTT’s privacy policy. Participants have the right to request access to,
rectification, or deletion of their personal data.
3.20. Prizes will be delivered in the form specified in the competition details. Delivery
method and timeline may vary depending on the prize and winner’s location.
3.21. In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of OTT or Partner,
including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or technical
failures, OTT reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the
competition.
3.22. Any tax obligations arising from the receipt of the prize are the sole responsibility
of the winner. Winners may be required to complete tax forms or provide
additional information for tax purposes.
3.23. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the competition shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
3.24. By entering the competition, participants agree to receive communications
related to the competition and products/services from OTT. Participants may opt
out of such communications at any time by emailing support@ott-mobile.com.
3.25. Any intellectual property rights in entries submitted in connection with the
competition will be owned by OTT. Participants agree to assign all intellectual
property rights in their entries to OTT.
