Goldrush Instant Campaign

1. Competition:

1.1. This competition is run on the OTT4Me Platform by OTT Mobile Technologies (Pty) Ltd (“OTT”) and Goldrush will be subject to these terms and conditions for the duration of the competition.

1.2. This competition will run from 01 to 30 November 2024.

1.3. By entering the competition, you are deemed to have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these official terms, which shall be final and binding on all matters relating to this specific competition.

2. Prize:

2.1. The Lucky Draw Grand Prize is a VIP experience at a Proteas cricket match, with the specific match determined based on proximity to the winner. The Grand Prize may be substituted for tickets to an alternative event, such as a music festival or comedy show. Flights and accommodation are not included in the Grand Prize. Any prizes other than the Lucky Draw Grand Prize are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.

2.2. In addition to the Lucky Draw Grand Prize, Participants stand the chance to win OTT Vouchers, airtime, and Goldrush bonuses available throughout the campaign.

2.3. A leaderboard competition with a grand prize of R10,000 will be awarded at the end of the campaign. Participants qualify by earning points through the completion of competition-related actions on the OTT4Me platform and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2.4. Goldrush instant prizes will be available on Friday, 29 November. This event will be live until prizes run out and feature exclusive giveaways, bonus codes, and rewards for participants.

2.5. Details about instant prize promotions will be shared closer to the event through OTT email and mobile communications.

3. General:

3.1. Winners will be selected and contacted within 7 days of the competition ending.

3.2. Contact will be made via OTT’s Support Team.

3.3. The competition is open to all Voucher users who meet the following eligibility criteria:

Any person, who is of 18 years of age and above and has a valid form of identification, and who resides within the country in which the Competition is run, and who buys and uses an OTT voucher and uses that voucher PIN number to enter via OTT4Me for this campaign, will be entered into the competition.

3.5. Prizes are non-transferable.

3.6. Goldrush vouchers can be won multiple times by participants; however, each voucher may only be redeemed once per user within their Goldrush account. Any attempt to redeem a voucher more than once may result in the voucher being voided.Any Additional vouchers won beyond the first redemption will not be valid for use and cannot be transferred or exchanged for other prizes.

3.7. Once the winner has been randomly selected, the winner will be contacted to be informed of their winnings. After two unsuccessful attempts to get hold of a drawn winner within a 24-hour period, the prize will be awarded to another winner. Failure to contact the drawn winner will amount to disqualification and OTT will not be held liable to give the prize to any winner who gives incorrect or false contact details.

3.8. OTT reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual and cancel his or her participation, who tampers with the competition process.

3.9. OTT may vary the terms of or cancel competition terms at any time with notice and without any liability to any person involved directly or indirectly in the competition.

3.10. Goldrush adheres to the legal parameters regarding legal privacy in the country in which the Competition is run. By participating, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information by OTT for the purposes of administering this Competition and awarding the prizes to each of the weekly winners for the duration of the competition.

3.11. OTT will not assume any liability to any participant in connection with or arising out of the competition however it is caused, including for any costs, expenses, damages, and other liabilities.

3.12. These Terms are governed by and determined in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

3.13. Neither OTT nor the Partner will be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of the prize. OTT will take the necessary steps to ensure that the prize amount has been sent to the winner within 7 days of announcing to the drawn winner of their prize money, provided that the conditions have been met.

3.14. Winners consent to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name(s) and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

3.15. OTT will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by any participant as a result of entering this competition or accepting the prize.

3.16. Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility, including but not limited to age, residency, and valid identification, before the prize is awarded.

3.17. All entries must be submitted by the closing date of the competition. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

3.18. Personal data collected during the competition will be handled in accordance with OTT’s privacy policy. Participants have the right to request access to, rectification, or deletion of their personal data.

3.19. Prizes will be delivered in the form specified in the competition details. Delivery method and timeline may vary depending on the prize and winner’s location.

3.20. In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of OTT or Partner, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or technical failures, OTT reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition.

3.21. Any tax obligations arising from the receipt of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete tax forms or provide additional information for tax purposes.

3.22. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

3.23. By entering the competition, participants agree to receive communications from OTT and Partner related to the competition. Participants may opt-out of such communications at any time by emailing support@ott-mobile.com.

3.24. Any intellectual property rights in entries submitted in connection with the competition will be owned by OTT. Participants agree to assign all intellectual property rights in their entries to OTT.
